Brain Integration Exercises
The human brain has two hemispheres. Each one primarily controls one side of the body, and processes input in different ways.
The right side tends to see the larger picture. It takes in the whole and is more easily able to play with intangible ideas.
The left side focuses in on smaller details. It tends to take a linear view, which is necessary for logical thought. In this way, each side supports the other.
Exercising and integrating the hemispheres through specific motor coordination exercises will help your right and left hemispheres work together more collaboratively and efficiently.
